The limited-edition triptych pays tribute to the temerity of skateboarders and their fierce desire to rise and fly over the asphalt. By drawing the cut-out guardian angel, Jean-Charles DE CASTELBAJAC thought of these everyday heroes, their chivalrous community born in the heart of electric cities and the eternal youth of the daring. The edition was created to give wings to all these conquerors and inspire skateboarders of the future.

CONCRETE JUNGLE FOUNDATION

Continuity of Learning Programme

The Continuity of Learning programme, launched by our social partner Concrete Jungle Foundation, aims to tackle youth unemployment & shortage of skilled workers in the construction industry through immersive, hands-on-deck & tailor-made activities.

It encompasses a range of essential elements, including hard skills development, access to opportunities, increased mobility, networking opportunities, exposure to new experiences, and personal and professional growth. The programme serves as an ongoing support and educational initiative for former CJF apprentices, revolving around 4 key principles: retention (remaining involved); mobility (inclusion in future developments); skills development (progress tracking); creativity (customized learning experiences).

THE SKATEROOM, Brussels, Belgium is happy to support the Continuity of Learning programme with 10% of sales from our exclusive collection of original artworks and skateboard art editions from Jean-Charles de CASTELBAJAC, Benjamin SABATIER, as well as CB HOYO, Evgen Čopi GORISEK and Pascal MÖHLMANN (of Plan X Gallery)
